The volume “Ethics of Cultural Heritage Research: Issues and Perspectives” (Ethics and Cultural Heritage Series 2, 2025), edited by Marco Arizza and Cinzia Caporale of the Interdepartmental Center for Research Ethics and Integrity (CID Ethics) and published by CNR Edizioni, brings together a series of short essays by distinguished scholars and experts in the field on the topic of the ethics of cultural heritage research, as it applies to the various fields within the disciplines of history and archaeology.
The aim is to highlight and critically discuss the ethical issues encountered in the conduct of research, conservation, promotion, and communication of cultural, historical, and archaeological heritage.
