The Interdepartmental Center for Research Ethics and Integrity and the Umberto Veronesi Foundation publish on an annual basis the scientific journal ‘The Future of Science and Ethics”.
The journal, which is open-access and double-blind peer-reviewed, has been recognised by ANVUR as a scientific journal for the Historical, Philosophical, Pedagogical and Psychological Sciences (11) and the Legal Sciences (12) sectors since 2021.
The journal promotes debate on the ethical-legal aspects of scientific progress and technological innovation, as well as on human rights and the major socio-economic and biopolitical issues that accompany globalisation.
The objectives are to encourage dialogue as a working method and to contribute to reflection and discussion on issues of great relevance to the lives of individuals and the community.
The new call for papers “Reinventing science: critical issues and new paradigms for the future of scientific research” is open from January.
