In January 2024, the European-Joint Action Antimicrobial Resistance and Healthcare-Associated Infections n 2 (EU-JAMRAI2) will be launched to facilitate collaboration between European countries with the aim of implementing ‘One Health’ policies to address antimicrobial resistance (AMR) and healthcare-associated infections (HCAI).
EU-JAMRAI includes the participation of 44 European partners and more than 40 stakeholders. The first phase of the project, now completed (EU-JAMRAI), promoted actions to combat AMR and HCAI, initiatives to exchange experiences, production of guidelines and a constant focus on project quality.
The second phase envisages a counteraction focusing its attention on training and behavioural sciences.
