The Interdepartmental Center for Research Ethics and Integrity of the CNR, the Institute of Bioethics for Veterinary and Agri-food Industry (IBV-A), in collaboration with the National Association of Italian Veterinary Doctors (ANMVI) are organising the webinar on “The Constitutional Law 2022 n. 1 and the Protection of Animals”.
The webinar consists of 2 sessions: the first one is dedicated to the constitutional reform itself and its actual and potential impact on the Italian legal system, as well as to the comparison with other European constitutional charters and the transposition of the European legislation in the light of the reform; the second one opens with an examination of the theoretical foundations of an ethical nature that inspired the amendment of Art. 9 and continues with a discussion of the possible professional, productive and social consequences entrusted to stakeholders such as veterinary doctors, researchers conducting animal experiments, breeders, the supply chain and the food industry of animal origin.
